Wire Forms

Wire forms and flat forms may have various functions or applications. No shape is unusual for a wire form. Viking Spring has been manufacturing all different shapes and sizes of wire forms for many years.Years of experience provide a vast knowledge of practical short cuts & improvisations which are frequently time and money saving.

We have a fully equipped tool & die department for the production of custom tooling when required. We are always happy to assist with design problems, and when possible offer suggestions of how to simplify a part to reduce cost.

Due to the variety of these parts, there is no standard design procedure. However, a fully dimensioned drawing, sketch or sample is usually sufficient information to submit a price quote.

Wire forms can be fabricated from 0.50mm thru 6.5mm diameter wire.
